Is there a meal plan?
There is not a meal plan and here’s why. In my experience people need help making informed nutrition decisions. And if I just tell them what to eat, then I’m bypassing the learning process. I want you to complete the EatWell program and feel empowered in your nutritional choices and established in new habits.
