Nutrition Coaching

Hey there friend!

I just wanted to share with you some of the amazing things happening at LivWell right now. In addition to personal training, locally, we’ve added on nutrition coaching!

Moving your body is an important aspect of living well…see what I did there? However, movement is just one piece of the puzzle. Or as Emily P. Freeman (one of my favorite writers) says “one rung upon which you build the trellis of your life.”

Your nutrition plays a huge role in how you feel (both physically and mentally) and how you show up in the world. I know this from personal experience and I’m oh so passionate about helping women find their nutritional “groove”.

Typically, when people work with a nutrition coach they expect someone telling them what to eat, asking them to track calories, and being allowed a certain number of “cheat meals”. Your experience with LivWell will be a sharp contrast.

Imagine someone giving you the tools that set you up for a lifetime of success. Imagine being educated and empowered in your nutritional choices. Imagine your nutrition without anxiety. Imagine enjoying all of the foods you love in a balanced way.

When you choose LivWell, you’re choosing a guide that will always meet you where you are, listen to you, and collaborate with you on solutions that work for your lifestyle and preferences. Let’s change your life: one habit at a time!

Stay tuned, we’ve got some other fun programs that will be rolling out very soonI can hardly wait to share them with you!

About Me

Welcome to LivHonestly! I’m Olivia, but a lot of people call me Liv. I’ve been a coach in the greater Nashville area for 5 years. My certifications include: NASM certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition certified coach, and working on my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification. I’m also a wife and mama (to a baby girl and golden doodle).

I love empowering women to build better relationships with food, movement, and their bodies. My own health and fitness journey inspired the creation of LivWell Coaching.

For years I struggled with body image, disordered eating, and a terrible relationship with movement. I lived the same cycles on repeat. I would deprive myself of the foods I really enjoyed. Binge eat. Feel weighed down by guilt and shame. Promise myself to do better next time. Proceed with a workout to make up for my “bad” deeds. Over and over and over.

Today, I’m happy to say my relationships with my body, food, and movement are in MUCH healthier places now than they’ve ever been.

I started this blog because I believe there’s a need for more authentic conversations when it comes to both motherhood and health/wellness. So here we are: LivHonestly….a place where I can share my honest thoughts. I hope you’ll share yours too.
