After having my first baby I didn’t feel like myself. I wanted to feel like myself again so that I could be the best mother and wife. Olivia did that for me . I didn’t realize that working out could change my outlook on life so much. I had never worked out in my life, and honestly, I was terrified and didn’t think I could do it. But as soon as I met with Olivia, I knew she was the trainer for me. Her personality can light up a room. She knows just what to say when you don’t think you can keep going. If you’re reading this, know that Olivia will always show up for you and be your biggest cheerleader. She knows how to make you feel strong and push you to be the best version of yourself. Olivia is not only my coach but a wonderful friend and a great mentor.
Olivia is such an amazing trainer and person! When I started training with her I was so scared of the gym and nervous that using a personal trainer meant that I would have a “drill sergeant” pushing me until I puked. I was so wrong! Olivia is fun, caring, and such a genuine person. She cares SO much about her clients. She always makes sure we are in a fun atmosphere and keeps us challenged, yet safe, through her coaching. I love that she is not restrictive with her nutrition coaching as well. She is constantly continuing her education and working towards finding the best way to serve her clients. You won’t regret working with Olivia!
Olivia is a blessing. I had just moved to the area and wasn’t sure what I was even looking for. I needed to finally start the journey to long term weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. I didn’t know anything about her, but she was recommended by several people in the local Facebook group, so I decided to “give her a go”. And I am so glad I did. As an older woman who has yo-yoed my weight for most of my life, I wanted someone who would work with me, get to know me and my body and habits. Although I’ve only been working with Olivia about a month now, I am so glad l found her. She is patient and kind, but still challenges me beyond my “but it’s hard” attitude. She has a sincere concern for my well-being and in helping me accomplish my goals.
