A Place for Moms to Get Strong & Build Community

LIFTwell is an 8 week class for ANY mama. Pregnant. Postpartum. And Beyond.

It’s for the mama who wants to get stronger. To resolve core and pelvic health symptoms. Feels clueless on how to pursue her fitness and wants someone she can trust to guide her. Needs to be able to bring her baby and/or littles with her.

In this class we focus on:

  • Building total body strength

  • Core and pelvic floor connection

  • Improving any core and pelvic health symptoms such as prolapse, diastasis, incontinence, and more!

All the LIFTwell details

  • It’s two monthly payments of $199 (or $25/class).

  • -Initial consultation call (this helps me get to know you and create the best class experience for YOU!)

    -16, one hour classes + 1 make up class each month

    -Learn to connect with your core & pelvic floor

    -Exercise safely & manage symptoms

  • Classes will be held at LivWell's gym in Columbia,TN. (When you sign up, you will receive an email with the address.)

    Classes are on Monday & Wednesday mornings. The next class opening will be 9am, May 5th-June26th.

    In June, a new 6am class will begin. Be the first to know about new classes and offerings by joining my email list.

  • While there will not be a designated person for childcare, babies and toddlers are welcome to join. The gym has an area for babies and littles to play!

    Coach Olivia is prepared to help with the kiddos and coach simultaneously!

  • Each month there’s a designated day for make up classes. Pending class availability, you may also be able to join a different time to make up a class as well.
