Pre-Workout Assessment
This assessment allows me to gather information that is unique to you in order to create customized programs that will help you train for your goals while avoiding unnecessary injury and navigating any current core or pelvic health symptoms.Individualized Consultation
In this consultation, we will discuss your goals and create a customized training plan.Twelve, 1 hour personal training sessions
You will meet with me for a 60 minute session, once a week over the course of 12 weeks.Customized Training Programs
Depending on your goals and preferences, you’ll have anywhere from 2-3 workouts per week. (1 with me, and 1-2 on your own)Access to Workout Tracker and Fitness Platform
Workouts can be accessed at any time via app. This robust app allows you to track each workout and communicate with me throughout the week. You can send videos and receive feedback anytime you need it!
