This 8 week, small group strength & conditioning class is ideal for mamas who want to get strong, manage symptoms, and build confidence in the gym: pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

    LIFTwell is a great option for those who may be navigating core and pelvic health symptoms and just want help with exercise. It’s also a great option for mamas wanting to build community and know they aren’t alone in the trenches.

  • I’m certified to work with mamas in pregnancy and postpartum. This means that I understand the changes that your body is going/has been through in these seasons. I know how to keep you safe, help you train smart, and achieve your goals.
